Advisory and administrative support firm Vistra has appointed Stephen McCormack and Brid Gurnett to its Ireland team.
McCormack and Gurnett have been hired to accelerate Vistra Ireland’s securitisation and capital markets aviation growth.
McCormack has been appointed as head of securitisation. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, McCormack has held roles at Standard Bank and J.P. Morgan and at corporate service providers including Zedra and JTC Group.
Gurnett has been appointed as commercial director of aviation. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the aircraft leasing sector.
Vistra Ireland delivers professional services to clients in the capital markets. It provides structured finance deals and corporate restructuring support in relation to the aircraft leasing industry, including asset-backed securitisation.
